    Boudoir sessions usually last between 1-2 hours, ensuring we capture your best angles and moods. Branding photography can vary based on the project's scope, but typically takes 2-4 hours.
  • 7. How do I book a session with Untamed Wild?

  • 8. What's the turnaround time for photos?
    Typically, the edited images are ready for viewing in 2-3 weeks. However, this might vary based on the season and our booking volume.
  • 9. Will my photos be kept private?
    Absolutely. Your privacy is our utmost priority. Images from Boudoir sessions are never shared without explicit consent from clients. Branding images are used as per agreement.
  • 10. Do you offer packages or discounts for multiple sessions?
    Yes, we offer a variety of packages for both Boudoir and Branding sessions. For specific details and potential discounts on multiple bookings, please contact our team.
  • What is your refund policy?
    We do allow ONE reschedule per booked session. There is a $200 reschedule fee that is applied in order to change dates. If you needed to reschedule a second time, you would be required to pay the full session fee price to book a new date. All sales are FINAL.
  • What payment methods do you accept and when is payment due?
    We accept a variety of payment methods including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payment platforms. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due on the day of the shoot. Detailed payment instructions and terms will be provided upon booking. If you have specific payment preferences or questions, please don't hesitate to ask our team.
  • Are there any additional costs beyond the session fee?
    The session fee covers the photographer's time and expertise, as well as the use of our studio and basic props. However, additional costs can arise for special requests such as specific props, backdrops, or if an external location is chosen. After the shoot, clients may also choose to purchase additional prints, digital files, or premium photo albums. All potential extra costs will be communicated transparently ahead of time.
  • Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?
    Absolutely. Life happens! If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to another date within the next six months. For cancellations within 48 hours of the shoot, a cancellation fee may apply.
  • Do you offer installment plans or financing options?
    We understand that quality photography can be an investment. For this reason, we do offer installment plans for some of our packages. Contact our team for more details and to discuss a plan that works for you.
  • Are there any discounts for referrals or repeat clients?
    Yes! We value our loyal clients and those who refer our services to others. Discounts or special offers for referrals and repeat bookings are available. Please inquire with our team for the current promotions and details.
  • What happens if I'm late for my session due to unforeseen circumstances?
    While we strive to accommodate all our clients, it's essential to respect the time allocated for each session. If you're running late, please notify us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to adjust, but please note that it might reduce the time available for your shoot. Any session that starts late due to the client's delay will still end at the originally scheduled time.
  • Is there a fee for expedited editing and delivery of images?
    If you need your images faster than our standard turnaround time, expedited editing is available at an additional cost. The fee varies depending on how quickly you need the images. Please discuss your requirements with our team in advance.
